Ok, already Thursday! Feeling good and already tightening up! I tell you I dont care who you are, we all have our battles and challenges when we are trying to “be good”

Mantra for the day-No matter how hard I think it is to lose weight, someone somewhere has much more adversity to overcome than I do so I cannot and will not fail to reach my goal today!

Excellence has a price!!! that price is YOU coming outside your comfort zone and doing the required things needed to be done to get the job finished! Dieting is  tough-but not as tough as How one feels when they look in the mirror and KNOW they gave up!!! THAT SUCKS. That feeling is the beggining of “losing” yourself to “getting older” AND giving up at the deepest soul level!!! <~~~ scares me
