Hey all~ Sunday at Rocky Point state park we are planning on meeting (everyones welcome and encouraged to come) to meet and grill and have fun!

check out rocky point state park (google it in essex Md) It has 2 huge palygrounds as well as numerous grills and picnic tables- also has a small beachfront!! We will be bringing the kids and hope to see some of our friends there. **im bringing my jet skis too!!

We are strict precontest so we promised ourselves everyweekend to do a local “get out” so we can meet up and have fun!!

Im guessing lunchtime is about the time we are striving to get there. Post up if you can make it. We will be talking health and fitness as well as just relaxing and having fun!
