Heres a quick video of one of my favorite exercises to really blow out my chest (kind of equivalent to a pushup)

1) for guys- try 95 pounds for reps-when you can get 50- go to 115! once you get 115 for 50 then go to 135 pounds! 135 for 40 great, for 50 excellent 60 or more exceptional!! **use collars**

2) Ladies-empty Bar (45pounds) for as many reps as you can. once you can do 50. Add 10 pound plates per side (65 total) **use collars** 30 reps very good 40 reps excellent 50 or more exceptional!
