Meatloaf (using Turkey or your choice of any lean ground meat)

 

TURKEY MEATLOAF
You will need:
Celery, onion, bell peppers, about 1 ½ lbs of any ground LEAN meat, rolled oats, 4 egg whites
To prepare:
Chop/dice 3 celery sticks
Chop/dice ½ onion
Chop/dice ¼ red bell pepper
Chop/dice ¼ green bell pepper
