Episode 15: Becoming a Weight Loss Expert – What We KNOW About Weight Loss
Blythe and I are always talking about how important it is for each person to become an expert in fitness and fat loss. We believe that the more you know about how your body works, the better able you will be to be able to develop a successful weight loss program. Recently, we posted a discussion topic on our Facebook page that asked, “What frustrates you about weight loss.” One of our listeners, Rae Ann, wrote about how she always finds herself looking for the “next, best thing” or the next diet! She is frustrated because she is always trying something “new” and probably never given any particular program a chance to work. In this podcast, we talk about building a foundation on solid, proven fat loss facts. Once you have this foundation, use what you learn to refine upon them rather than replace them!
