How do we get this podcast up 2xs a month? Not only are you guys full of great info but it is a source of inspiration. I was an athlete in college but then went to graduate school and am in my first 50 hr a week job w/a 2 hr commute each day. I let my set weight settle 25lbs heavier than ever! I am cutting it back slowly but surely and am already down 8 lbs and you guys keep me going. thanks.
